Manguard Plus will safely and securely support you and your staff with all alarm activations.
- Don’t risk your safety responding to alarm activations at your premises.
- We work while you sleep in the knowledge that our trained staff will check your premises if the alarm activates after hours.
- We will organise any out of hours property repairs.
- Your employees don’t receive "call-outs" at unsociable times.
- Your employees are not faced with potentially hazardous situations, meeting Duty of Care obligations to your employees.
- Your businesses’ keys are held in secure conditions (inspected and approved by the International Professional Security Institute) and fully compliant with NSAI Standard - IS.999:2004 and ISO 9001:2000.
What we do:
- Manguard Plus are nominated by you as "Prime Key holders".
- We are the first line of response in the event of alarm activation at your premises.
- Our Patrol Manager will meet you at your premises and will document the instructions for your premises.
- The Patrol Manager will create procedures for your premises and these will be recorded in our 24 Hour Control Centre.
- If your alarm activates one of our Mobile Response Vehicle will be dispatched to your premises.
- On arrival at your premises our Mobile Response Supervisor will conduct a complete internal and external security patrol of your building while in direct contact with our Control Centre.
- Immediate action will be taken if there is a break-in or building problem.
- The Mobile Response Supervisor will not leave the premises until it is secure.
- When the Mobile Response Supervisor leaves the building a report will be left for your attention.
- Within 4 hours a full report on the incident will be emailed to your office.
