 What we do:

• Our Patrol Manager will meet you at your premises and will document the instructions for the locking, opening and incident response for your premises.
• A dedicated Patrol Supervisor will be assigned to look after your premises.
• Our Patrol Manager will meet the assigned Patrol Supervisor at your premises and train them on your specific requirements.
• The Manguard Plus 24 Hour Control Centre will ensure that your building requirements are met each day.
• In a clearly labelled security vehicle, our uniformed Patrol Supervisor will conduct a full check of the premises to ensure that it is safe and secure on opening and at lock up.
• Any incident (break-in, leak, flood) will immediately be investigated and the agreed escalation procedures will be initiated.
• An Incident Report will be sent by email within 4 hours.
