What we do:

• The Manguard Plus Operations Manager provides you with a  personal Contract Manager to personally ensure your needs are fully understood and met.
• We complete a security review prior to commencing services at your premises.
• Based on the review we develop Site Specific Assignment Instructions to ensure full compliance with your businesses security processes and procedures.
• A detailed Service Level Agreement is designed to manage our performance.
• All staff are security trained, licensed and security vetted prior to deployment on any site.
• Staff are selected to fit the shift pattern, the functions and are trained to your specific assignment requirements.
• Our Contract Manager will visit your site at least weekly and will hold formal KPI meetings every month.
• The site team receive regular supervisory visits by day and night and their performance is regularly monitored.
• The 24 hour Control Centre monitors all staff and manages our ‘Lone Worker’ system.
