Mr. Bill Brown - Managing Director

Bill is a qualified Chartered Secretary and Fellow of the Security Institute of Ireland with 27 years experience in the industry. He has been at the forefront of this rapidly changing and challenging environment. He is a Member of the Private Security Authority and the Security Industry Joint Labour Committee, Chairman of the National Union of Security Employers and an appointed European Expert at DG Employment.

Mr. Sean Hall - Operations Director

Sean has been in the industry for the past 23 years and was previously Managing Director of Cill Dara Security. Sean is a Graduate of the International Institute of Security where he has been accredited with a Diploma in Security Management at Levels 1 & 2. He is a Member of IPASS and holds a Diploma in HR and Employment Law. He is also a Member of: the Security Institute of Ireland; the Irish National Safety Organisation; the International Professional Security Association; and the American Society for Industrial Security. He is also a FETAC Level 5 Certified Trainer.

Mr. Martin Donnellan - Director

Martin is a recently retired Assistant Commissioner in the Garda Siochana with responsibility for Crime and Security, where he represented the Garda Commissioner as a Member of the Private Security Authority. He holds a Diploma in Health & Safety and is a qualified Level 6 Security Industry Trainer. He sits as a Director of Manguard Plus with responsibility for both areas at Board level as well as providing specialist Industrial relations and security advice.

Mr. Mark Pollack - General Manager - Northern Ireland

Mark has worked in the security industry since 1999.  He was a Contracts Manager with G4S and General Manager of the Security Guard Company, NI. 

Mark has significant experience working with commercial and retail security in particular with Shopping Centre Manager’s, he was Security Manager for Victoria Square.
Mark joined Manguard Plus as General Manager Northern Ireland in 2010.

Mr. Michael Hall - Operations Manager

Michael is our Naas based Operations Manager. He has been in the Security Industry for over 18 Years, holds a Diploma in Security Management and is a registered Security Institute of Ireland and FETAC Level 4 Qualified Trainer.

Mr. Gerry Connaire - Operations Manager 

Gerry is our Dublin based Operations Manager. Gerry has been in the business for over 20 years as an Operations Manager, with specialist experience in the retail sector. Gerry holds a Diploma in Security Management and is a registered Security Institute of Ireland and FETAC Level 4 Qualified Trainer.  Gerry previously served in the military barracks in Galway for 10 years and retired with the rank of NCO.

Mr. Jim Brown - Contracts Manager

Jim is a Contracts Manager based in Dublin. Jim Previously worked in the industrial sector in the Northern Ireland before moving to Dublin, bringing with him over 20 years experience of management and Industrial relations having completed courses at Ruskin College in Oxford, England. His clients include FAS, ESB, EU Commission and various hospitals in the Dublin area. Jim has an excellent working relationship with all his staff and clients.

Mr. Gerry Fox - Contracts Manager

Gerry Fox is our Contracts Manager based in Naas. Gerry has been in the Security Industry for 20 years and has vast experience in: Control Room Operations; Management of Patrol & Response Services and Employee Scheduling.

Mr. John Beirne - Contracts Manager

John is a Contracts Manager based In Dublin and manages approx 4500 man hours on a weekly basis. John has spent 12 years in the Private Security Industry after retiring with 26 years service from the Gardai, where he served with CID and the Fraud Squad. He holds a Diploma in Security Management and he is a qualified Trainer with the Security Institute of Ireland. He has also completed courses in the Institute of Training and Development and he holds a certificate in Health and Safety

Ms. Marian Howell - Contracts Manager

Marian is a Contracts Manager based in Dublin, managing approx 2000 man hours on a weekly basis. She has been working in the Security Industry for over 30 Years since 1979, running her own company from 1990 to 2008. Marian is a Member of the Security Institute of Ireland, and holds a Diploma in Security Management (FETAC Level 6); is a qualified Security Industry Trainer (FETAC Level 5); holds a Diploma in Training Excellence; and a Foundation Diploma in Training and Education.

Mr. Dave Doran MCIPD - Human Resource Manager

Dave is a Graduate of the National College of Ireland where he studied Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. Dave has over twenty years experience in a number of industries and has worked in Northern Ireland and England. Working as a senior manager in a number of organisations, he has gained a strong understanding of the service industry. Dave joined Manguard Plus in January 2011 following a period of time as an independent HR and Training Consultant.
