All of these systems are backed by the Manguard Plus Quality Management System.

Through our EN50518 accredited Alarm Receiving and CCTV Monitoring Centre all systems can be remotely monitored, on activation the Manguard Plus Patrol Response Team responds to your building to investigate the alarm, undertake a patrol and if required escalate the issue if there is a confirmed incident.

All issues with systems will be referred to our technicians if a fault needs to be repaired.

Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports are provided to the end-user of all systems ensuring full visibility on the systems operation and as part of the Manguard Plus Incident Management Process.
