There are many unoccupied buildings.  For compliance with insurance provisions or building regulations these buildings require regular inspections. The Manguard Plus Patrol Services Mobile Response Team will visit the property on an agreed schedule. They will patrol the entire building, take photos, run the taps and record the readings on vital equipment. These visits are recorded using our patrol recording equipment all of which is verified on our Client Portal and iAuditor. Any issue identified is reported to the client contact or facilities team immediately to ensure the appropriate action is taken.
