Having worked with blue-chip PLC companies such as Diageo, Microsoft, and DCC, he has spent the last decade of his career focusing on large family businesses, helping them develop and strategically shape their future, as well as ensuring rigorous future-proofing and positioning their sales potential.
Now specialising in building and developing businesses and their teams through his commercial and business partnering skillset, he has a strategic mindset and the ability to cascade financial and business understanding, helping commercial and operational teams achieve their best results. Ed prides himself on being a great business partner and a developer of robust teams, which allow businesses to thrive.
